What sets CleanAIR Unimask and AerGO PAPR units apart in enhancing safety and comfort across diverse settings?

CleanAIR enhances respiratory protection with its state-of-the-art Unimask and AerGO PAPR (powered air-purifying respiratory) units. They are designed to improve safety and comfort using intuitive PAPR technology, making them ideal for Australian industry workers.

Comfort and versatility

The CleanAIR Unimask is the lightest face shield, weighing only 380 grams. It features customisable airflow direction for enhanced comfort during extended use. The toric visor offers excellent optical clarity and is equipped with anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings for durability and clear vision. The Unimask can be worn with regular hard hats in the single strap version and is easy to maintain, with visors and spare parts that can be changed quickly without tools.

An extensive visor range

The Unimask offers a range of visor options to meet different work environment needs. The Clear visor provides unobstructed visibility for general tasks, while the Amber visor enhances contrast in low-light conditions. The Shade 3 visor is ideal for light-duty welding and brazing, and the Shade 5 visor is suited for medium-duty welding, cutting, and brazing. The CR1 cylindrical visor, compatible with tear-offs, is perfect for environments with high debris, and the TR1 aPa visor offers advanced chemical resistance for hazardous conditions.

Custom-fit options

The Unimask includes textile or optional neoprene seals. Hoods are available in two lengths and disposable and reusable options. The harness system offers a single strap or a 5-point harness for a secure fit on all head shapes.

AerGO PAPR Unit

The CleanAIR AerGO PAPR unit is lightweight and slim, weighing just 980 grams, including the battery. Its ergonomic design distributes weight evenly across the hips, reducing fatigue and providing back support. The 65mm slim profile allows easy access to tight spaces. The AerGO unit has a high-efficiency particle filter with 99.98% efficiency and supports various filters, including P3, A1P3, ABE1P3, ABEK1P3, pre-filters, odour filters, and spark arresters. The standard battery offers a 10-hour runtime with a three-hour recharge time, and an optional heavy-duty battery doubles the runtime for long shifts. A built-in barometric sensor adjusts airflow according to altitude.

User-friendly features

The AerGO unit has a simple single-button operation, especially when mounted on the back. It can be fitted with a PVC belt for easy decontamination or a leather belt for high-heat applications. The unit has four fan speed adjustments and an airflow of up to 210[MS4] lpm for hot and humid conditions.

Certified to Australian Standards

The CleanAIR PAPR range is certified to AS/NZS 1716:2012, meeting stringent Australian standards for respiratory protection. This certification is a critical marker of trust and reliability. In addition to certification, we conduct extensive compliance testing for features such as eye protection, ensuring comprehensive safety. By choosing CleanAIR, you select products that have undergone rigorous testing, providing assured protection. It is essential to prioritise certification over compliance to guarantee the highest level of tested respiratory safety.
