Actilev lift tables and scissor lifts

The Actilev range of lift tables and scissor lifts provides a low working profile, mobility, double and triple scissors for high extensions and a large platform for oversized materials.

The low-profile lift tables have a closed height of 80-82 mm for the 1 t model and 105 mm for the 2 t, allowing them to slide under low objects without a pit installation.

For high lifting, the scissor tables reach up to 3 m for the 1 and 2 t and 2.05 m for the 4 t model. Lift time ranges from 35 to 65 s.

The scissor tables are fitted with an aluminium safety bar that prevents descent on contact with obstructions.

For oversized materials, the Actilev large platform lift table provides a platform size of 2 x 0.8 m. The heavy-duty design provides lifting capacities ranging from 0.5 to 4 t.

The range also includes mobile lift tables fitted with wheels, a pulling handle and pedal and fingertip controls, with lifting capacities ranging from 150 to 1000 kg. The mobile tables can be fitted with an electric power pack that includes a 0.8 kW lifting motor, two 12 V batteries and a built-in charger.

The Actilev range is manufactured to European and ANSI/ASME safety standards and features: a safety valve to control the lowering in the case of hose breakage; low-voltage (24 V) control box; and a safety clearance between scissors to prevent trapping during operations.
