Optimum Handling Solutions Logic Lift scissor lifts

Logic Lift scissor lifts utilise a load-height detection system with an electric eye to scan the load height to automatically maintain the optimum working height for the operator of the scissor lifts, thereby overcoming health and safety issues of bending, reaching and twisting at the end of conveyor lines in packaging and materials handling environments.

The low-profile scissor lift negates the need for forklifts, as it can be unloaded by a pallet truck, while the height sensor simultaneously helps increase production and reduce worker fatigue by lessening the effort required by the operator.

The photo eye is adjusted to a comfortable working height for each individual operator and then automatically controls the level of the scissor-lift table so that the pallet layer being stacked is kept constant. The operator does not have to press any control buttons once he has started stacking the pallet.

The photo eye sensor also works in the opposite direction when pallets are being unstacked. The lift table is automatically elevated as each layer is taken off.

The logic lift system can be used in almost any situation where scissor lift tables are required.
