WorkCover investigating fatal forklift incident

WorkCover NSW is investigating after a 40-year-old male worker died in a forklift incident at Flemington markets yesterday morning.

Initial enquiries indicate that the worker was driving a forklift when it rolled and fell on top of him, causing fatal crush injuries.

WorkCover inspectors have been on the scene and are conducting enquiries. WorkCover will prepare a report for the Coroner.
