UXC Connect has received AS4801 (Australian Standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) certification for its safety management system.

Receiving this certification means that UXC Connect’s safety management system meets best-practice Australian Standards, complying with legislative requirements and key enterprise customer requirements.

Ian Poole, CEO of UXC Connect, said, “As a managed services partner, it is important for UXC Connect to demonstrate its commitment to customers and prospects in obtaining accreditation and industry certification to complement the company’s service offering. Industry certifications are increasingly becoming a focus when choosing a partner, particularly in sectors such as mining, oil and gas. AS4801 is critical in demonstrating UXC Connect’s commitment to safety.

“UXC Connect has tailored its safety management system to suit the industries it works with, such as government, mining, oil and gas, education and healthcare, providing across-the-board compliance with its suppliers, sub-contractors and customers.”
