New premium WHS event called SAFETYconnect 2017
Just weeks after announcing a new publishing partnership, leading safety industry body the NSCA Foundation and B2B specialist media and events company Westwick-Farrow Media announce the launch of an exciting new safety industry event.
SAFETYconnect 2017 will be held at Rosehill Gardens in Sydney on 16–17 August and will feature a two-day national conference run by the NSCA, training workshops, an industry networking function and a trade exhibition.
“In partnership with Westwick-Farrow Media, the NSCA Foundation is excited to launch a fresh, new event onto the national safety industry calendar — one that will be focused on enhancing and empowering the careers of our members and the broader community of Australian WHS professionals,” NSCA Foundation General Manager Jamie Burrage commented.
Apart from publishing 13 industry and technology focused media channels (including Safety Solutions), Westwick-Farrow Media has been running the successful Comms Connect event series in conjunction with leading radiocommunications industry body ARCIA for the past 10 years. It will also start publishing the iconic NSCAF media brands National Safety and the Safe-T-Bulletin from early next year.
“We see SAFETYconnect 2017 as an excellent opportunity to further serve and support the local WHS industry,” Westwick-Farrow Media Publisher and MD Geoff Hird said.
