Crown's heavy duty PW 3000 Series walkie pallet trucks are highly manoeuvrable and designed to perform in rugged environments on a frequent basis.

The 24 V units meet non-stop duty cycles and can transport pallets weighing up to 4000 kg.

Compared with its smaller brother the WP 2000 Series, the PW 3000 models have 42% more chassis weight for added stability and durability in rugged environments, bolstered by a heavy steel chassis and fork assembly and a large drive unit.

A refined control handle provides a high level of operator ergonomics. Dual, soft urethane twist grips have an automatic return to neutral when released. Two textures and a cam design aid in plugging, steering and long distance travel. On the control pad are full width raise, lower and horn buttons for simple actuation. A third speed selector in the control handle may be used to shut off high speed when operating in congested areas. A safety reversing button on the end of the control handle ensures the operator cannot be pinned against walls or racks as it will reverse the machine away from the body.

For the operator, the ability to move the steering tiller through 180° allows the operator to continually reposition for the best viewing angle while handling loads. Recognising that fork assemblies take the brunt of loads and most physical abuse, the PW 3000 Series has a fork design that is wider than 225 mm for greater load distribution, better floor-surface contact, and added stability and wheel life.
