New Pig spill kits are emergency kits for spill-prone areas (including outdoors). The absorbents in each kit are packed in a durable polyethylene container, with non-slip handles and an easy-open lid. Labelling allows quick, easy visual identification by employees and visitors.
All kits are specialised, and suited to different manufacturing needs. Each comes with an instruction manual.
The Pig Spill Kit (KIT205) is a general-maintenance kit that can be used to absorb oils, coolants, solvents and water. The kit weighs 25.6 kg and can absorb a total of 128.7 L. It contains six 3 m Pig Blue Socks, 60 Pig Universal Mat Pads, four Pig Pillows, 10 temporary disposal bags and ties, eight tamper-proof labels and two 'Emergency Spill Kit' labels.
The Oil-Only Pig Spill Kit (KIT408) contains oil-only Pig absorbents, which can absorb 129.2 L. This skimming kit, which weighs 25.6 kg, contains six 8 cm x 3 m Pig Oil-Only Booms, four Pig Sump Skimmer Pillows, 60 Pig Oil-Only Mat Pads, 10 temporary disposal bags and ties, six tamperproof labels and an Oil-Only Versatile Container Kit.
The HAZ-MAT Pig Spill Kit (KIT307) is used to absorb acids, bases and unknown liquids. It can absorb a total of 132.4 L. The water-resistant container holds 60 Pig HAZ-MAT Mat pads, six 3 m Pig HAZ-MAT Socks, eight Pig HAZ-MAT Pillows, 10 temporary disposal bags and ties and six tamper-proof labels.
