Linde's battery electric, 2000 kg capacity T20SP pallet truck and the 39X forklift feature a 45° driving position for 180° visibility, intelligent speed reduction system, shielded operator's compartment and 'e-driver' controls. The operator can control the pallet truck with one hand, freeing the other to perform key tasks such as scanning, picking or marking.

The platform is suspended on shock absorbers that eliminate vibrations when driving on uneven surfaces. The T20SP has proportional power steering and a self-centring feature for stable and productive straight-line performance. Linde says this intelligent system also automatically reduces the travel speed in relation to the tightness of the turn.

Linde claims the pallet truck can reach its top speed of 10 km/h, whether loaded or unloaded, in 5 m. It also claims to climb ramps up to 13% when fully loaded and 20% unloaded.
