Incident investigation and analysis (Full Day Workshop)
This workshop is designed to provide information, tools and methods for people with little or no knowledge to actively participate in the investigation process of injuries and incidents in a workplace.

Workplace violence (Half Day Workshop)
This workshop is designed to ensure managers at all levels have the responsibility to protect staff, volunteers, clients and any other people in the workplace from harassment and bullying.

Course Outline

  • Analysing facts, causes of incident and conducting an investigation
  • Understanding the duty of care, law and risk factors of workplace violence

Learning Outcomes

  • Gain knowledge, tools and methods to actively participate in the process of investigation and analysis; and
  • Identify and gain knowledge on different forms of harassment, bullying and legal requirements
