Flame-retardant and firefighting work wear

The S&H Protex range of flame-retardant work wear and certified firefighting garments is designed for comfort, protection and functionality.

The Industrial flame-retardant work wear provides a solution to workplace safety requirements where the potential for exposure to heat or flame is present. While standard work wear may catch alight, the flame-retardant garments will self-extinguish on removal from the flame source. There is no prolonged burning, therefore reducing the potential for serious burn injury.

The Firefighter garments are fully certified to AS 4967 (Structural) and AS 4824 (Wildland) Standards. Needing to perform under extreme conditions, the Product Certification program provides the user with independent third party assurance that these garments are in compliance with these Standards.
