The hook suspension type electric chain hoist's motor housing is aluminium alloy casting and features a rigid structure. The motor is framed with radiate cooling fins and permits a 40% continuous rate. The totally enclosed construction withstands harsh conditions such as chemical, electro-plating industries, etc.

The Electro-Magnetism Brake Controller features simultaneous motor braking on switching off power, even under full load. Limit switches are fitted at both top and bottom ends, and power is switched off automatically to prevent the load chain from running out.

The load chain is made from grade 80 case hardened alloy steel that ensures harsh conditions such as rain, salt water and chemicals. The hook is made from hot forged high tensile steel, has a 360° swivel and is fitted with a safety latch to ensure safety when lifting.

The transformer comes in a 24 V (1 kW series) or 48 V (3 kW series), has non-fuse circuit breakers, and a specially designed current-post that prevents the motor from running at incorrect wire connection.

The push-button switch is fully waterproof and insulated, and offers light and durable switching controls.
