New face at Champion
A new manufacturing manager will take over the Champion Compressors Melbourne plant.
Clency Mahon joined the company in early February, bringing 11 years of compressed air industry experience to the role.
He has experience in end-to-end supply chain management, from planning and production to logistics and operations as well as a comprehensive understanding of lean manufacturing.
"The critical goal of any manufacturing facility is to ensure production of a high-quality product within the shortest possible cycle time," Mahon said.
"As manufacturing manager, I will be focused on the continued implementation of lean manufacturing strategies with the aim of seeing Champion Compressors become even more agile and efficient."
