Fatality at sea off Ceduna

SafeWork SA is investigating the circumstances behind the death of a 28-year-old man at sea in the Great Australian Bight.

Safework received unconfirmed reports indicating that a man was fatally injured after striking his head in a fall aboard a 20-metre prawn trawler, due to dock at Ceduna late this morning.

More details will be available once the vessel has docked and the investigators can confirm the report.
