Advance Scaffold purchase by Advcorp
Oldfields has entered into a binding agreement with Advcorp Pty Limited to purchase the business assets of Advance Scaffold.
The divisions of Advcorp included in the purchase are Advance Scaffolding, Alscaf, Ladderquip and Foshun Advcorp Scaffold Limited.
Advcorp principals, Maurie Abbott and Braden Murrin will join Oldfields to continue running the existing businesses.
Abbott brings with him more than 32 years' experience in scaffold and access equipment, while Murrin has assisted Maurie with the managing and marketing of Advcorp.
