The ProMask full facemask range, manufactured from ProComp, provides protection against chemical or biological threats and is claimed to provide comfort, convenience and reliable performance.
The range includes the negative pressure (NP) face mask, which can be used with either a P3 or MPC filter in situations where the atmosphere contains suitable oxygen levels. The P3 filter is designed for use during pandemic outbreaks and offers heat and flame resistance. The MPC filter is suitable for bush firefighting, providing the firefighter with filtered air to avoid the inhalation of vegetation fire (bushfire smoke) or ‘off gases’ such as formaldehyde.
