Uvex pheos safety spectacles

Uvex pheos spectacles are suitable for all medium energy impact industrial environments including food manufacturing, light and precision engineering, laboratory work, indoor and outdoor work such as construction, maintenance and utilities. The core component is the duo-spherical lens, which not only offers a wide field of vision but is highly scratch-resistant on the outside and permanently antifog on the inside. Unlike standard safety lenses, the uvex pheos has additional curvature at the upper edge of the lens to offer an integral brow guard and the wraparound design gives additional front and side coverage. The duo-spherical lens has an optical axis that has been precisely calculated to ensure optimum wearer vision.

The hard/soft side arm technology ensures a secure, comfortable and non-slip fit. The robust metal-free hinges fold effortlessly in a consistently smooth movement due to the use of innovative materials. In addition to the European standards DIN EN 166, 170 and 172 (sun protection), the spectacles also fulfil the standards ANSI, Z87, CSA and AS/NZS 1337. These safety spectacles are available in five side arm colour combinations and two lens tints.
