The Scott M98 gas mask is designed specifically to protect personnel against chemical, biological and radiological hazards.
Designed for extended wear times and reduced exposure to hazards in the environment, the mask offers an optional drinking device port and bottle for quick hydration and a speech diaphragm for personal communication. It is also compatible with backpack hydration systems.
Constructed from halo butyl elastomer, the facepiece offers resistance to chemicals and ageing effects of ozone and high temperatures. The lens is made from hard-coated polycarbonate and the nose cup from silicone.
The mask is available with filter options to provide full-face respiratory protection against most hazards.
