The BSWA 308 Class 1 integrating sound level meter for acoustics, sound or noise measurement complies with IEC61672 and features an industrial housing with ergonomic design.
The ½″ measurement microphone, supported by an ICCP (IEPE) preamplifier, has a TNC connector which can be operated attached or detached from the main processing unit via a microphone extension cable.
The meter has a dynamic range of 102 dB and measures noise from 29 to 131 dBA in a single range. It can measure three parameters simultaneously with the A, C and Z frequency weightings and with F, S and I time weightings. The equivalent continuous sound pressure level and maximum and minimum values are calculated and the integration time for integral sound quantities can be set.
The instrument is suitable for general-purpose noise measurements where Class 1 accuracy is required.
