The Quick Fill Station is a quick recharge machine for refilling breathing apparatus units in remote or hazardous work environments.
Suited to mining, remote fire stations and chemical industry applications, the system is designed for simple and efficient operation.
Able to operate automatically, the system uses sealed fittings and stainless steel high-pressure tubing to provide safe recharging in difficult conditions.
The system can recharge four breathing apparatus units at once. Delivering up to 300 bar in pressure, it can fill 20 sets before requiring a top-up from a compressor.
Users do not need to remove the breathing apparatus tanks from their backs during the recharge process. Instead, they attach to the quick charge coupling and refill their air tank in seconds.
The system can be customised to suit the number of users on site and to fit specific location and installation requirements. It is powder coated for increased durability and features a dust-resistant design.
