Vertical lift bin tippers

The Wrightway vertical lift bin tippers are bin lift-and-empty machines that safely and efficiently lift heavy or awkward bins to empty waste into industrial skips, or tip ingredients into hoppers.

The device allows workers to open the door, locate the full container on the cradle, close the door and press a button to empty contents at whatever height is needed.

The fully caged machine features a vertical hydraulic lift that lifts and then rotates the container into a horizontal position. The contents are dispersed evenly within the container before it is fully inverted to complete the empty process. There is no sudden movement of contents to damage the container or create imbalance problems.

The empty container is then lowered to ground level by gravity - there is no powering down and the downward movement can be stopped by hand if needed.

Safety features include a door interlock lock system which immediately stops the machine from operating if the door is opened, or if the operator ceases pressing the up button during the process.
