Sheets to column-stack pallets safely

Friday, 07 August, 2009 | Supplied by: Fromm Packaging Australia

Stabulon anti-slip sheets allow palletised goods to be column-stacked with stability, by distributing the load so the bottom cases support the upper tiers and prevent vibrations.

Column stacking cartons on a pallet typically creates vulnerable ‘towers’ that can separate and fall over. The traditional alternative of interlocking or ‘weaving’ the cartons together is uneconomical and can crush cartons underneath.

The anti-slip sheets provide worker safety when loading, unloading or handling palletised goods, especially when forklifts are used.

The sheets are applied by hand and do not stick to the palletised products. The sheets grip on paper, cardboard, glass, plastic and varnished surfaces.
