Schmalz JumboFlex 50 vacuum tube lifter

The Schmalz JumboFlex 50 vacuum tube lifter is suitable for frequent, quick and safe handling of goods weighing up to 50 kg. Featuring an innovative operator handle that can be controlled with either one or two fingers, the large soft-touch inserts on the control handle aid precise one-handed operation of loads of up to 50 kg.

Different suction pads are available for various applications and can be easily replaced using the integrated quick-change adapter. Other features include: intuitive operation for right or left handed; precise control of lifting speed; and work pieces can be picked up from the sides.

An electrical pump with a suction rate of 67 m³/h (50 Hz) provides the vacuum generation and the maximum lift speed is 1 m/s. Using an optional radio remote control SRC, the operator can switch the vacuum generator on and off directly on the operator handle which can reduce energy consumption by up to 40%.

From handling barrels and buckets to metal sheets and paper sacks, almost anything weighing up to 50 kg can be safely and reliably lifted and transported ergonomically using the vacuum lifter. The suction pads, which can be swivelled by 90°, automatically bring the load into the horizontal position after handling.

The continuously rotatable lifting unit, which is attached to the crane system, ensures optimal handling and a high level of flexibility. Together with Schmalz’ responsive aluminium cranes, the JumboFlex 50 provides a quick goods-handling solution that combines energy efficiency, ergonomic conditions and simple operation.

A special A2 (food-grade) version which is suitable for the food and beverage industry is also available.
