Safety mats

The UMM Universal Safety Mat range is a heavy-duty PVC impact-resistant safety mat rated to Category 3 for demanding safety applications. The range is available in a variety of standard metric sizes and, being a single-piece design, is highly resistant to delamination and impact damage.

The mat has good chemical and abrasion resistance and is designed to tolerate chemicals such as acids, alkaline and other caustic agents such as salts. Each mat is supplied with a quick disconnect 4-wire plug, allowing fast maintenance and repair.

The traction dot pattern on the surface allows mounting in any orientation. Each safety mat is designed to withstand in excess of 5500 kg of load, making it suitable to withstand forklift traffic. The mat is suitable for safeguarding in difficult and hazardous areas where environmental conditions are too harsh for most safeguarding measures.

The mats can also be custom built to any irregular shape which may be required.
