Pantograph reach truck

The RR 5700 series of pantograph reach trucks features a traction control system that increases traction on wet, dusty or sealed floors, giving operators more control in performing challenging moves.

The control system compares the truck’s speed with the number of revolutions per minute the drive tyre is turning to determine whether the truck has lost traction.

By reducing acceleration tyre spin and preventing wheel lock-up during braking, the system reduces slipping and sliding. This helps reduce the risk of accidents and product damage, while improving operator confidence in slick conditions, such as in refrigerated applications.

A suspended floorboard absorbs vibration, while an optional ThermoAssist package can be fitted for use in refrigerated applications. S-Class trucks include a padded 3-position adjustable seat allowing drivers to sit, lean or stand during operation.

The optional One-Touch Rack Height Select feature allows operators to stop the forks at a specific rack level, by sensing whether the truck is carrying a load and adjusting rack-entry height accordingly. A tilt-position-assist function further facilitates pallet entry at upper rack levels by levelling the forks.

The AC-powered trucks are available in reach heights up to 11 m with lift capacities of up to 2000 kg, in standard and double-deep reach versions.
