Modular conveying system

The Pal-veyor is a versatile modular conveying system that allows a basic conveyor layout to be expanded with standardised and interchangeable components to extend or upgrade the initial design.

This flexibility provides the opportunity to easily expand a conveying system as requirements and production increases, without the high costs normally associated with specialised conveyor systems.

Standard or specialised modules can be added at any time to vary or expand an existing configuration.

The standard modules include conveyor sections of 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 m lengths; electric drive module that can be added anywhere within the system; and transfer module - a multi-directional unit that fits anywhere within the system for diverging, merging and accumulation.

In addition to these, a number of specialised options are available, including a pallet dispenser module, pallet wrapping module, pallet inverter module, robotic palletising and de-palletising and pallet elevator/lowerator.
