King Group Eziloader ground level loading trailer

The King Group Eziloader ground level loading trailer is designed to provide an easy-to-use and safe method of loading and unloading a trailer.

The one-tonne capacity trailer deck can be hydraulically lowered to ground level using a simple push-button operation. The device is designed to eliminate the risk of manual handling injuries associated with heavy lifting usually required to load and unload conventional trailers. It also removes the need for ramps that can cause falls, injury and equipment damage.

Features include: 1.5 by 3 m deck; four corner locks and tailgate sensors to ensure the deck is completely raised and locked before being able to move; electronic controller to monitor all safety points; independent ‘stump jump’ dual suspension; in-built eyebolts to secure the load; and battery charging options.

Winner of the 2017 Worksafe Victoria Health and Safety Invention of the Year award, the product is suitable for applications such as the transportation of palletised goods, ride-on mowers and demonstration equipment.
