New facts on FSC

A range of fact sheets relating to the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner were released this week.

The fact sheets cover topics such as: definition of building work; powers of federal safety officers; the Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme; and how to appeal a decision of the Federal Safety Commissioner.

They are available for download in PDF format from the FSC website. Hard copies are also available by contacting the FSC directly.
