Wenglor WinTec P1KY001 transit time sensor

The Wenglor WinTec P1KY001 transit time sensor is suitable for all applications where fast and accurate object detection is required in tight spaces.

The product size is 22 x 32 x 12 mm and it has a working range of up to 1000 mm. It is suitable for automated small parts warehouses, the automotive industry, logistics, cold storage facilities and the woodworking industry.

The sensor can detect all objects at a switching frequency of 1000 Hz. It is designed to quickly and accurately detect edges and black or glossy objects, even at very inclined positions. The triple dot laser offers protection against reciprocal influence, allowing sensors to be installed directly next to each other. The sensors operate in extreme temperatures from -40 to 50°C.

The product features two switching outputs (antivalent) and a 270° potentiometer. It has an LED display to provide information about power supply, switching status and error diagnostics. This informs the user if the sensor may be contaminated, incorrectly mounted or not properly adjusted to the object.
