Suhner INOX metal cleaner range

Suhner Australia has released its ‘green’ based INOX range of cleaning, protective and polishing agents for stainless steel and other metals. The range includes the Sun Clean, Sun Protect and Sun Polish products, which are all made from plants and are claimed to be free of harmful chemicals.

The Sun Clean removes rust and dirt deposits from stainless steel, aluminium, copper and mild steel without damaging the oxide film on the metal. The agent is safe to use for both workers and the environment. The Sun Protect is a mild agent that washes away residues and protects metals against corrosion and contamination. It works by forming a protective film of nanoparticles to promote the exchange of oxygen needed to build an oxide layer. The regular use of the agent helps to eliminate corrosion even in environments that possess aggressive ambient air.

The Sun Polish has the features of the other cleaners in the range but has been created to clean matt surfaces, and is suitable for stainless steel, nickel, copper, bronze, chromium and aluminium. The three products can be used independently or collectively and are NSF certified, meaning they are safe to clean machines involved in producing food and pharmaceuticals.
