Position controller software

The Praxxis Panfold application has been released. This software loads into Praxxis displays and position controllers to provide a complete solution that controls the fold angle on a pan folder or long folder or similar machine.

The unit has a 0.1° resolution and can hold four separate fold angles per program. Up to 30 separate programs can be stored in the unit.

The system is suitable for machinery manufacturers who want a low-cost CNC-like control for their new machines.

It can also be used to retrofit an old mechanical or electronic control that needs upgrading without the expense of full computer control.

The system is a reprogrammable control system that improves on simple counter solutions by providing meaningful information on a large LCD. By using the pre-tested and configured software applications, the installer does not have to use up their time customising a PLC or counter solution.
