The MEC 3072 and 3772 Rough Terrain scissor lifts are designed to handle a variety of off-slab applications including steep grades.
With three separate drive modes to choose from, operators can select 'high speed' when there's a need to get from point A to Point B quickly, 'mid range' for average terrain applications or 'high torque' range when the terrain is rough or maximum traction is required to climb steep grades. All three drive modes can be selected while the scissor lift is in motion and will shift automatically.
Working heights extend to 10.97 and 13.11 m. Width is 1.83 m providing 5.5 m² of platform space when the rollout deck is extended to 1.22 m. Steering control is mounted at the top of the joystick for one-handed operation, while ground controls are at the base of the chassis. Guardrails fold down quickly to allow the machine to access confined areas.
A range of options includes auto-levelling outriggers, removable upper control stations, platform work lights, AC generators and several types of tyres including foam-filled, turf and non-marking rough terrain.
