Removable fall restraint anchors

The ISC range of fall protection anchor devices has been expanded with the release of the Girder Grip for use in structural steel and the Dyvidag for use in structural concrete. Both are EN795 approved as removable portable anchor devices for use in the construction industry.

One-handed operation allows the user to pull back on the finger-catch, which turns the stop-plate and allows the device to be fitted into a suitable-size hole. Release the finger-catch and the stop-plate springs back into place preventing the device from disengaging. This allows the user to safely attach a fall protection harness/lanyard and be protected in the event of a fall.

The Dyvidag anchor was developed for form-workers in the concrete formwork industry to protect them from falls from height during the erection and dismantling of shuttering.

The Girder Grip is an improvement on a product used in steel erection and crane maintenance and inspection applications.
