Moddex handrail, balustrade and barrier systems

Tuesday, 30 November, 2010 | Supplied by: Kattsafe

The Moddex handrail, balustrade and barrier systems have a modular design that provides maximum strength, cost efficiency and longevity.

The devices have all the features of welded systems, without the inherent fabrication and installation issues. Whether public, industrial, disabled handrails or pedestrian balustrades, the modular design requires no welding or fabrication. The tamperproof systems comply with Australian standards and BCA requirements.

The risk of corrosion at the weld area is reduced, as the galvanised surface is not burnt off by welding and on-site OHS issues associated with hot works and toxic galvanisation processes are eliminated. Stainless steel, anti-vibration locking screws embed into the pipe, and the system is available in a range of paint finishes.
