Ladamax PS15/12 aluminium platform step (3.45 m platform)

The Ladamax PS15/12 aluminium platform step has a working platform at 3.45 m with a working reach height of 5.4 m. Rated at 150 kg load capacity, the aluminium platform step is designed for safe and reliable access when working at height.

The large, fully aluminium platform has a test load of 500 kg and is supported by double-braced safety tread. Safety gates, that enclose the user when working, are available as an optional extra.

Other features include: fully swaged treads, no rivets to shear; industrial-strength frame; extra support on the lower half of the ladder with elongated, hollow-steel supports under each tread; the bottom tread has full-width support; the upper frame is fully supported with gusset braces; the rear RHS welded section is large and strong; rear rollers provide mobility; and a push rod is used to assist with closing the frames.

Users must ensure the product is footed/stabilised at all times and used on flat, firm, clean surfaces. Ladamax suggests users make themselves familiar with ‘fall arrest systems’ when using tall platforms. The company also recommends that when considering this product, contractors use an appropriate fall prevention system (IFAS), installed by qualified personnel.
