Xtreme Freight’s Packaged Dangerous Goods (PDG) App is designed to improve compliance, management, reporting, training and safety around dangerous goods. It provides up-to-date information on standards, procedures, guides and expectations of authorities and members of the hazardous goods supply chain and notifies users when a change has been made.
The PDG app can also help people confirm their premises are equipped and compatible with any packaged dangerous goods or combination of goods they are storing or carrying. Its reporting function allows users to provide evidence of compliance in the event of an accident or spill, through snapshots or written notes. Potential users include loaders and forklift drivers, warehouse managers, storepersons, safety regulators and truck drivers. The app is available via the Apple and Google Play stores.
