Flir Systems has released three i-Series thermal imaging cameras — the i40, i50 and i60.

The cameras support electromechanical applications and fill the gap between the i5 camera and the higher performance T-Series range.

The cameras feature adjustable emissivity and thermal sensitivity better than 0.1 °C, allowing the user to adjust for objects such as shiny metal, plastics and wood.

The i-Series cameras feature infrared detectors ranging from 120 x 120 to 180 x 180 P, a built-in visual camera with up to 2.3 MP resolution, scalable picture-in-picture capabilities, a 5 h swappable Li-Ion battery and a lightweight (600 g) design.
