Silvan Selecta Dieselpro lockable cartage tank

The Selecta Dieselpro 200 L capacity cartage tank, which is designed to be carried on the back of a utility, trailer or similar vehicle, helps protect diesel fuel thefts. Dieselpro tanks have dimensions of 1100 mm in length, 640 mm in width and 610 mm in height, but only 430 mm at the shoulders of the tank. These dimensions with the lower profile design make for less obstruction to the view through a utility vehicle’s rear window.

The transfer mechanism is a proven BP3000 Piusi 12 V pump which has a 45 L/min open flow. The pump is supplied complete with power leads and crocodile clips for easy connection to a battery source. There is a 5 m fuel delivery hose with an auto shut-off nozzle gun and an internal screen filter on the delivery hose.

It also features a separate lockable filler cap and an earth strap for static electricity relief. Both the pump and the delivery hose and the auto shut-off nozzle are protected by the padlockable cover that discourages unauthorised access or attempts to steal the contents of the tank.

The tank profile also includes strap profiles formed for securing the tank in position, while brass threaded inserts already provided in the tank base will enable the complete tank unit to be permanently fixed to a vehicle tray.
