Exair Heavy Duty Dry Vac industrial vacuum cleaner

The Exair Heavy Duty Dry Vac is an industrial vacuum cleaner designed to vacuum high volumes of dry materials in less time than ordinary vacuum cleaners.

The wear-resistant design is suitable for the clean-up of abrasive materials like steel shot, garnet, metal chips and sand, and can also be used for general-purpose applications.

The vacuum cleaner is compressed air powered and attaches to the user-supplied 205 L open-top drum. At 77 dBA, it is half the noise of electric vacs and is suitable for a variety of applications. Surrounding air is kept clean by the 0.1 micron filter bag that traps particles when vacuuming dusty materials. There are no motors and impellers to clog or wear out.

The system is supplied with a lever-lock drum lid, shut-off valve, re-usable filter bag, 3 m polyethylene static-resistant hose (38 mm ID), hose hanger, 6 m compressed air hose with swivel fittings, pressure gauge and heavy-duty aluminium chip wand.

Deluxe systems add a drum dolly and heavy-duty aluminium tools that include a two-piece double bend wand, floor tool, a small and large crevice tool, skimmer tool with detachable brush and an 89 mm diameter dust brush with conductive bristles.
