Drum dispensing tool

The Poly-Dolly drum carrier transports 205 L drums and tilts to become a self-dispensing station, while acting as its own secondary containment unit against spills.

The device provides protection against spills and leaks of industrial fuels, chemicals and hazardous fluids, while its ergonomic design protects workers from lifting hazards as they move drums around and dispense fluids. This ensures workers use their correct major muscles to support and propel the load from a correct distance, rather than straining smaller muscles by being hunched over too close to the load. The rolled-grip handles enable easy tipping and transportation.

The device features a U-shaped barrel platform with a 270 kg load-bearing capacity, double-looped straps to stabilise loads and a 304 L covered sump to contain spills that can later be decanted.

Made from long-lasting virgin high density polyethylene for maximum chemical resistance with added UV inhibitor, the device withstands daily bumps and scuffs and will not rust or corrode. A cover is available for outdoor operation and all-terrain wheels available as an option.
