Thermal imagers

The TiR1 and TiR thermal imagers are designed for use in building restoration and inspection applications.

Both models incorporate ‘IR-Fusion’ technology that integrates real-time infrared and visible light images. IR-Fusion’s different viewing modes enable users to identify and analyse potential problem areas with detailed images.

The devices can perform infrared energy audits, increasing the thermal efficiency of a building by scanning for thermal heat loss, air infiltration or exfiltration or air delivery problems.

The devices can record and save voice comments with every image; and feature a colour LCD, three-button menu for intuitive operation and thumb navigation, on-screen emissivity correction, -20 to +100°C temperature measurement range, 2 GB SD memory card that stores 3000 basic infrared images and a USB SD card reader to download images directly onto a PC.

The devices are IP54-rated to withstand water and dust and are supplied with a hard carry case, soft transport bag and rechargeable internal battery and AC power supply/battery charger.

Software tools for viewing, annotating, editing and analysing infrared images are also included. Images can be edited in five viewing modes to produce customised reports.
