Insulated safety mats

Extreme Safety has a range of insulating mats for almost any use. All mats comply with relevant standards and are supplied tested and ready to use.

The mats start at low voltage, with either a class A or B mat. Class A mats are only suitable for indoor use, while class B mats can also be used outdoors. The LV mats can have a working voltage of 500.

Class A mats are 3 mm thick and come in a standard size of 900 x 900 mm. Class B mats are 6 mm thick and come in a standard size of 900 x 900 mm.

High-voltage insulating mats start with the class 2 mats. This mat is suitable for indoor or outdoor use and comes in a standard size of 900 x 900 and 6 mm thick. The working voltage for this mat is 17 kV.

The mat with the highest rating is the class 4 mat. This mat comes in a standard size of 1 x 1 m and 12 mm thick. The class 4 mat has a working voltage of 36,000.
