The Trigard multigas fixed detector, suitable for use in confined spaces, mining, water and wastewater plants and general industry, allows users to monitor multiple gases at a single fixed point, simplifying installation and maintenance.

Fitted with onboard relays and 75 dB horn with options of strobes, the detector allows interfacing with other control and warning systems while maintaining local warnings.

It uses MSA interchangeable smart sensors with ‘disconnect under power’ design allowing quick replacement. Modbus comes standard in multipoint models.

Other features include: NEMA 4 housing; one-person push-button calibration; optional 24 h battery backup (standard in Australia and New Zealand); mandown alarm to signal no movement, such as unconsciousness; 240 VAC power input (optional 24 VDC); wide range of toxic, combustible and oxygen sensors; and remote sensor option.
