Winning farm safety program addresses psychological risks

Designing and delivering a tailored and proactive intervention to reduce the risk of psychological harm to its remote and isolated workers, Warakirri Cropping won the Farm Safety Solution Award in the 2025 WorkSafe Awards. As explored in this video, through genuine consultation, the team at Warakirri Cropping were able to establish trust to drive engagement with the onsite psychology service model.
