The Royal Melbourne Hospital has been named the winner of the Leading Return to Work Practice Award in the 2025 WorkSafe Awards, having undergone a significant transformation in its approach to return to work practices. In this video, its Injury Management Team explain their award-winning ‘recovery at work’ collaborative approach between injured workers and their managers.
