Youthsafe young worker training programs

Young workers can bring great energy and enthusiasm to the workplace, but they can also bring about specific challenges. Youthsafe works with businesses to help deliver improved safety performance with specific young worker-related issues. It provides employers and supervisors with tools to help understand their young workers in order to keep them safe.

Youthsafe has a number of services and products designed to address young worker safety.

The Custom Solutions is a fit-for-purpose package consisting of up to four components including: diagnostic analysis; program design; program delivery; and follow-up and refresher.

The Ready-made Solutions comprise a suite of training modules for supervisors and/or young workers, covering the major young worker safety concerns. These can be mixed and matched to suit individual business requirements.

Other products include fact sheets, workbooks, educational DVDs and online interactive support materials, all of which are designed to assist supervisors, managers and young workers.
