The University of Queensland two-year Master of Occupational Health and Safety Science program aims to promote safe work in industries around the world.
The program is based on the university’s internationally recognised Bachelor of Occupational Health and Safety Science degree, which focuses on identifying, analysing and preventing workplace injury, illness and fatality.
The program has been developed in response to industry demands, enabling students to learn from some of Australia’s leading OHS experts.
OHS qualifications open doors to a diverse range of industries such as agriculture, construction, mining, health care, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, tourism and transport.
According to the university, OHS professionals’ wages are at least 90% above the average Australian salary.
