TouchStar Responder and TS Guardian mobility suite

The Responder mobile software application and TS Guardian, its enterprise counterpart, comprise a suite designed for operational command and control centres providing emergency, security or safety services. The system is claimed to allow more effectively tracking and managing of mobile field assets in response to alert and alarm conditions being serviced. It also gives after-action analysis and reporting to guide and assist future planning decisions.

A quick response facility, together with rapid dispatch, messaging and tracking and tracing capabilities enhances operational effectiveness and improves process efficiencies. The system allows users to quickly assign the correct assets to a given alert condition or incident; simultaneously controlling multiple alerts and responses; and, by eliminating time-consuming and inaccurate manual processes, reduces lengthy billing cycles.

The solution features an easy-to-use interface that can be driven via touch and is supported by any suitable Windows platform designed with touch-screen capability. It is fully scalable and incorporates a navigation-centric environment based on the latest spatial database technology.

Online as well as offline mapping is supported with turn-by-turn navigation featuring spoken directions and commands, and it can be easily integrated with custom-built GIS data and a variety of back-office systems.
