The ‘Manual Handling’ training DVD takes viewers through a range of tips, procedures and preventions for improving the safety of manual handling tasks performed in the workplace.
The main topics covered include: the repercussions of manual handling; a detailed 3D animated discussion on the structure of the back and spine; risk assessment; lifting techniques; and mechanical aides.
