Industry OneCARD training record

The Industry OneCARD training record is designed to prevent workers from missing out on jobs if their training records are not up to date.

The product stores individuals’ training records regardless of who they are working for. These can be accessed within seconds to show potential employers, as well as alerting the user, when certificates are about to expire.

It is suitable for workers in nursing; aged care; trades such as electricians, builders, plumbers; training providers; HR; recruitment; and transport.

Users can register and upload all their training records including national and international tickets and licences, VOCs, logbooks and on-site training.

Security is in-built and records are kept confidential.

Three-, six- or 12-month memberships for employees are available, depending on the expected duration of projects.
